Food Vocabulary - Seasonings & Flavoring

Seasoning is the process of adding or improving flavours of food. A well designed dish will combine seasonings that complement each other. So, let's learn some seasonings vocabulary.

These words are pretty much the same in most countries. However, if you know a different translation used in your (or another) country, please let me know. The same goes, if you think a word should be added to the list.

CONDIMENT (Condimentos)

FINE HERBS = Hierbas Aromáticas

SPICES (Especias)
